We Catering Services aim to conduct its operations to ensure the highest standards of Food Safety. The goal is to ensure that every meal or dish follows local legislations and health department regulations. We control and monitor our systems and procedures within our facilities in accordance to our local Food Safety management systems.
Our aim is to:
Ensure that hygienic workplaces and equipment are provided for employees
- Maintain the highest possible standards of Food Safety through employee and supervision
- Ensure continuous improvement and hygienically maintained premises by on-going monitoring and review
- Co-operation with suppliers, customers and colleagues to ensure Food Safety standards are met through the supply chain
- Ensure that staff abides by this Policy and all Procedures, Codes of Practice lay down by Management
